Damaged or Missing Shipments

Unused products purchased directly through Albek.us may be eligible for return within 45 days of purchase, subject to our return requirements.

Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return results from an error by us or a qualifying defective product.

Products purchased from an authorized Albek dealer, distributor, marketplace, or other third party must generally be returned to the original place of purchase and are subject to that seller's return policy.
